Adapting to the new AI Empowered Channel Landscape: ChannelNEXT25 West
As Canadians deal with significant economic challenges, disruptions from Artificial Intelligence, and ongoing cybersecurity issues, ChannelNEXT25 West has evolved its content and mission with a “CanadaStrong” unified approach. This event is not business as usual; it stands apart from others. ChannelNEXT has thrived for 23 years by continuously adapting to the ever-changing needs of our channel community.
The Evolving Managed Services Provider Landscape
It’s evident that the Managed Services (MSP) business model is transforming at an accelerated pace. More channel partners are adapting to their clients’ demands for improved outcomes and leveraging AI to achieve more with less. Today, failing to lead your customers on their AI journey and protect them from cyber threats could mean losing your competitive edge.
We have already witnessed the impact of cybersecurity on the channel, which is intensifying with new compliance regulations, cyber insurance, data privacy issues, and increasingly sophisticated AI-driven attacks. As this cyber battle continues, AI has exploded into the mix, driving demand for customers to utilize AI for enhanced results and efficiency. However, this race to the AI promise land increases cybersecurity risks as well as concerns over privacy, intellectual property and more.
State of the MSP
MSPs face significant challenges: high operating costs (around 30%), low margins (below 20%), difficulty with customer and employee retention, and scarce human resources. Experts like Chris Day and Fred Voccola, along with many others featured on eChannelNEWS, offer insights and solutions. Attendees at our event can gain valuable help by arriving with an open mind and curiosity.
Leveraging AI for Competitive Advantage
Savvy MSPs are now turning to Artificial Intelligence to successfully tackle these and other challenges. Some are already seeing productivity gains of over 35%. Those who have already embraced an “AI-Empowered” strategy alongside their “Cyber-first” approach are advancing rapidly.
It is clear that channel partners must harness various forms of AI to improve efficiency, productivity, and competitiveness. They must also engage in their clients’ AI journeys to provide guidance, or risk falling behind in the face of the most significant technological force the world has ever seen. Every end-customer is considering how to implement AI into their business at all levels, and MSPs must ensure they have a seat at the AI table!
What to Expect at ChannelNEXT West
ChannelNEXT West will help channel partners embark on their journey towards the next generation of MSPs or Managed Intelligence Service Providers. Attendees will gain critical insights, discover valuable solutions, and network with peers to build and scale their businesses.
