It doesn't really matter where you fall on the AI spectrum, we are all still learning or as we like to say, it's like flying the plane while rebuilding the instrument panel in the cockpit. If there is one thing we have all learned about AI, it is that it may be both highly useful and very dangerous.

- Who may attend this event in-person for FREE?

All types of channel partners (MSPs, VARS, ITSPs, Solutions Providers, IT Consultants) as well as extended partners in the ecosystem (digital transformation consultants, telcos, digital agencies, accounting firms, consultants). After you register, we will review and notify you accordingly if you qualify. Alternatively, the ticket price is $500

- Are you a vendor or distributor not exhibiting?

You will need to qualify for a guest pass. There is a fee for this. Are you an independent software vendor (ISV)? You may attend this event for free but some restrictions apply.

- How do I get all the information I need to attend?

Register and everything will be sent including the location and hotel details to book as our special group rates.

- Can I bring my family and friends?

Yes, and they can leverage the resort facilities on their own. However, family members and children may NOT attend any official event functions.

- How do I cancel my attendance?

If you have registered and cannot attend, please cancel by following the instructions on your ticket notification from Eventbrite or contact us. This will allow another person from the waiting list to take your seat. There is a no-show fee of $200.00 if you fail to cancel before 7 days of the event. However, sending a colleague to replace and represent you is the best option so they can bring back the intel

- What is minimum age of attendees?

Attendees must be 18 years or older.

- How do I book the hotel room?

Register and the hotel booking link will be sent in the confirmation email.You deal directly with the hotel and get special room rates. However, there are also MANY other accommodations in the area to fit any budget (many in walking distance)

- How is my privacy of information handled?

We do NOT store your information after the event is closed. Registrations are handled by Eventbrite with the highest level of security. We do not share your information with anyone. If you want to connect with a vendor or others, you must exchange your details with them directly and we also provide a tool for you to easily connect and request more info.

- What is the cybersecurity posture of the event?

We are a cybersecurity-first organization and part of the Cybersecurity Defense Ecosystem and therefore we adhere to a strict cybersecurity policy. We will never ask you for ANY personal or payment information beyond what you enter into Eventbrite (see their strict cybersecurity policies). If a no-show fee is imposed, you will be notified separately and on a secure platform to pay securely. (As with all cybersecurity hygiene policies, always be skeptical of everything you receive as bad actors are leveraging smart social engineering - when in doubt call us or contact us.)
