He created the Honey Stick Project to do deep research on the behaviours of people and security risks. He built numerous training courses for the Government of Canada's ITS Learning Centre, including courses on CSE’s Harmonized Threat and Risk Assessments (CSE103), Building Your Information System Security Program (CSE501), System Security Policies (318) and Certification and Accreditation (CSE102). When it comes to the subject-matter, Scott is at the top of the list of experts. Scott not only talks about changing people's behaviours in preventing attacks, but he also developed the ultimate tool to actually help anyone master the skill to overcome the challenge in a way that employees love!
