Once a year, Canada’s leading IT Channel professionals come together for one very special evening of connection, celebration and recognition.

This is the night when we put business aside for a few hours and celebrate the people, companies and leaders who are making a difference across Canada’s IT industry.

From the Reseller Choice Awards, recognizing the vendors and distributors most valued by their channel partners, to the 50 Best Managed IT Companies Awards, celebrating outstanding business practices among Canada’s VARs, MSPs and ITSPs, this evening shines a spotlight on excellence across the entire channel.

And we proudly celebrate the remarkable women helping shape the future of technology through the WIT (Women in Tech) Awards, recognizing the Top 10 women in Canada for their leadership, achievements, mentorship and impact on the IT industry.

Three Awards. One Great Canadian IT Celebration!

Three award shows come together for one unforgettable evening celebrating the achievements of the best and brightest across the Canadian IT Channel.

As is customary, we begin with a pre-awards gala reception, giving guests plenty of time to reconnect with industry friends, meet new people and celebrate together.

Then it’s time for the awards ceremony, accompanied by an incredible four-course dinner with wine pairing, drinks and plenty of entertainment throughout the evening.

We have selected the largest ballroom at Toronto’s historic Old Mill Hotel for our awards celebration. With its charming historic character, elegant atmosphere and beautiful event space, it provides the perfect setting for a very special Awards Gala.

Tickets are CAN $299.00 per person until January 26, 2027 (plus platform fees and taxes). After January 26, tickets will be CAN $369.00 per person.

Each ticket includes a welcome reception drink, hors d’oeuvres, four-course dinner with wine pairing, drinks and entertainment.

Registration opens October 1st.

All attendees must register and receive a confirmation ticket to be added to the guest list.

As always, every award finalist receives ONE complimentary ticket to attend the gala. You must register early! The deadline to claim your complimentary finalist ticket is Friday, January 22, 2027.

A limited number of additional tickets are available, so we encourage you to reserve yours early. Bring your team, business partners, colleagues or special guests and celebrate the achievements together!

Welcome Reception

Enjoy the reception, meet and mingle with your peers over an open bar and snacks.

6:00 PM

Awards Ceremony

We have a significant number of awards to present and will proceed through them as expeditiously as possible. Each recipient will be given the opportunity to address the audience.

A professional photographer will be present to capture images, which will be published on e-channelnews and our event photo site. (After the ceremony, you'll also have the opportunity to take pictures with your entire team.)

Dinner starts and continues to be served during the ceremony.

After-Event

The celebration typically extends until approximately 11:00 PM or even later. While the host bar will close, the main bar will remain open for you to purchase your own drinks. The evening's conclusion is always uncertain, but it features excellent networking opportunities and plenty of dancing.

What are my parking options? Public Parking is available. Rates are $2.00/hour, maximum daily rate $12.00.

What is the dress code for this event? This is a black tie event. Alternatively, a dark business suit for men and an evening dress for women.

Do I need a printed ticket? No physical ticket is needed. Your name will be added to the registration list, so please arrive in time.

Can I buy tickets last minute, on the day of the event? As this is an Awards Gala Dinner with limited seating, no last minute requests can be accepted. However, we strongly recommend our waitlist as there might be some cancellations.

What is your refund policy? You can cancel your registration and get a full refund until 7 days prior the event.

Where can I book hotel rooms? The Old Mill is a boutique hotel, known for impeccable attention to details with a limited number of guestrooms. Handcrafted furnishings, some with pull-out sofa bed, mini refrigerator, large bathroom with marble vanity, antique wall tiles, separate glassed-in shower, and jacuzzi tub. Elegantly and uniquely decorated, rooms vary from 300 sq. ft to 500sq. ft. and feature 10’ high ceilings.
