I am a Channel person by definition, as all of the roles in my career so far have involved either working with partners or leading partner-facing teams or projects. Recently, I have joined Acronis where I took on the role of Channel Program Manager for Service Providers with huge focus on making our Partner Program the best fit for our partners, and helping them grow together with our company.
With over 12 years of Sales expertise in IT and Telecom, Shaurya’s multi-national & multi-functional experience helps build channel partnerships for success, all while providing tactical business solutions. Being a part of TP-Link Canada, Shaurya works closely with channel partners, VARs, DMRs, and MSPs to build robust networking solutions. He is currently working to expand TP-Link’s footprint in Western+Central Canada using the Omada/B2B portfolio.
Andrew Brearton has been an integral part of the Barracuda MSP team for the last several years. Starting out as an account executive, working closely with partners as a Regional Account Direct, and now the Sales Manager for MSP Partners in North America, Andrew has gained a wealth of experience in assisting managed service providers enhance their service offering, improve the security posture of their customers, and maximize their business growth potential. Andrew graduated from Elon University with a bachelor’s degree in Finance and General Sales.
Cody made his way into the Telecommunications world by taking a position as a Procurement Manager for a turnkey Integrator based in Calgary. This experience was invaluable as it allowed him to learn the Technology and make many industry contacts. After 2 years at that position Cody was offered a Sales position with one of the vendors he dealt with on a regular basis. Since being involved in sales he hasn’t looked back. Gaining experience at all levels of a typical channel sales cycle (Manufacturer, Distributor, & Value-Added-Reseller) has helped Cody understand all sides of the process. Cody has been in the industry for over 10 years.
Christy Meaney started her career in the channel 16 years ago as an ISR for a reseller and became the Manager for the company's networking division. Her passion for the channel started early, and that experience drives her today. She worked at Barracuda, Ruckus, and Brocade. Christy is now building and developing a partner community in North America for Cambium Networks. Born and raised in North Texas, she loves traveling and spending time with her three daughters and husband.
Matt Bain, JB&A’s Director of Solutions Architecture, has built a career around his expertise in Broadcast and Streaming technologies. In addition to his many years at JB&A, Matt also served as Director of Solutions Architecture at Grass Valley.
