The way I get there is through people. I’ve grown teams by 38%, cut attrition in half year over year, and consistently exceeded revenue targets, including 120% attainment in FY2025. On the client side I work with CISOs and security leaders across financial services, healthcare, public sector, and energy, helping them think through security strategy, risk posture, identity, data protection, cloud security, and how to build programs that scale.
Outside of my day job, I’m President of the ISC2 Toronto Chapter, a community of 600+ security professionals. I mentor through the Rogers Cybersecure Catalyst at TMU and speak at industry events including Cyber Tech & Risk, GoSecure, and B-Sides.
