Working as part of the Omdia Cybersecurity team, covering key vendors and trends in the broad cybersecurity industry. Specifically I’m leading our Infrastructure Security Intelligence Service, looking at network security, content security, endpoint security, application security, and cloud security. This includes a mixture of quantitative work (tracking market share, revenue, and forecasts) as well as qualitative work tracking key vendors and innovation in each area.
I’m a security technologist with a strong interest in cloud security and enterprise security programs. Looking at security issues through an economics lens is my catnip.
I am *constantly* working on improving my craft. Some of my current study areas include Cloud Infrastructure (AWS, GCP, Azure), Machine Learning (and variations), operational risk management and security-related DevOps topics (containers and orchestration).
