In 2000 I joined MCI WorldCom tasked to launch the first reseller program in Canada. I went on to lead international sales and marketing strategies for 3 successful start-up technology vendors and one channel membership association. In my career I have led sales and marketing that resulted in acquiring over 20,000 Channel Partners globally, building new established and award-winning products and brands.
The last four companies prior to Warranty Master I managed have been acquired; Net Integration Technologies Inc. (NITI) by IBM in 2006. MSP Partners, by CompTIA in 2011 and Level Platforms (LPI) by AVG in 2013 and Passportal by SolarWinds in 2019.
At NITI I built and launched our channel program, hiring 15 sales people in one day. Most of whom worked with me for over a decade and today are some of the top performers and sales leaders in our industry. NITI grew to 60 plus people and acquired over 3,000 partners.
In 2005 joined, Level Platforms (LPI) as Vice President Sales and Marketing. Over the next 7 years we grew to 125 staff and from a 5-figures to 8 figures in revenue. In 2008 LPI was named the 3rd fastest growing technology company in Canada by Deloitte with 19,878% four-year growth spending 3 years on the Deloitte Fast 50 list.
In 2014 I became an equity shareholder and advisor to Passportal an MSP built password security platform. After a year, was named President to help the founder and CEO build out the business and establish the brand which included sales, marketing and product strategy. Passportal evolved from a password security product to include documentation management and services platform. Passportal was acquired by SolarWinds in April of 2019. In June of 2019 I joined Warranty Master as CEO.
