Bridging the gap between executive risk governance and deep hands-on engineering, Eddie has led complex consulting and systems transformation projects across both the public and private sectors. He helps organizations safely adopt and scale emerging technologies by aligning technical cloud defenses with rigorous governance frameworks, including ISO/IEC 42001 and the NIST AI RMF.
